Hi Accessible Design.

That screenshot did not come through, can you please try that again . ..

In your next Post, click the second last button on the toolbar above your post to select that image and upload it to your post . . .

Also, can you please explain in more detail what the problem actually is and please provide a link to the advice you have followed already

Done, Rather odd, this support wont let you just pate the image had to go round the long way to get the image into the post

I just googled how to open .pages files in windows and it told me to turn off extensions in windows and then I could rename the file and it would open it but it does not open it. tried multiple .pages files and all it does is bring up that image

Step 1 - Save the file to your desktop
Step 2 - Right Click the file -> right click& choose to 'Rename'
Step 3 - Amend '.zip' to the end of the file and hit enter
Step 4 - Open zipped folder and view contents

keeps coming up with how do you want to open the file now. After adding the .zip to the file

You will require WinZip trial to open & view the files, there should be a preview.pdf file from what I've read & you extract this & print it.
You can also export the file & save as a .doc file extention.
Or you can use Google docs to open the .pages file.

I believe you have to use WinZip to view the file rather than open/unzip it, is this what you've tried?

Yes as it's a Mac file extention it may be incompatible with Windows, can you get the sender to resend the file in .doc or .txt format or redownload the file?
